Story
I will be cosplaying as classic Wolverine during the 5km run to raise funds for research into ovarian cancer in support of my friend Shelley who is currently in remissionIt is amazing that she is able to be so positive and generous after going through so much in a short time.
All donations go towards research into early doagnosis and better treatments for ovarian cancer, hopefully easing the burden this nasty infliction has on it's victims.

In Australia, fewer than 50 percent of women and girls diagnosed with ovarian cancer will survive more than five years - a figure unchanged for decades, highlighting disparities and gender inequities in research and care that demand urgent action.
